Mölnlycke Tortoise Prone Turning and Positioning System offers pressure redistribution for the patient while also acting as a manual transfer assistive device for clinicians.

Mölnlycke Tortoise Turning and Positioning System consists of a positioning pad with a low-pressure air chamber, which adapts to the patient shape by displacing air as the patient is repositioned, providing sacral offloading. It also consists of a rip-stop cover with reinforced handles, allowing caregivers to easily turn and reposition the patient while maintaining proper body mechanics. The system includes a Mölnlycke Z-Flo Fluidized Positioners, assisting the positioning pad in sacral offloading by maintaining neutral body alignment and desired therapeutic angle of patient. The Mölnlycke Tortoise Turning and Positioning System is designed to remain under the patient for continuous support during the length of care.

Under-mattress automatic lateral-tilt device that gently and periodically tilts the user into a 30° side-lying position alternating left and right, thereby redistributing pressure and reducing prolonged tissue loading. It is used together with the Leva Flex pressure-relief foam mattress — either the single-core or dual-core “Twin” version — to enhance pressure redistribution and reduce shear when turning or raising the bed.
