Kensington Active Overlay Mattress

16-cell alternating overlay mattress for the prevention of pressure ulcers. Designed for use on top of an existing static mattress. It has 14 alternating TPU cells plus 2 static pillow section cells for stability and comfort, operating on a 10-minute cycle. All cells are individually replaceable. Supplied with a 4-way stretch PU cover. Lightweight, easy to handle and ideal for community use. Compatible with Harvest 1 and 250 pumps. Max patient weight: up to 29st / 184kg (depending on pump). Kerracel

A sterile, gelling fibre dressing made from carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC). The non-woven gelling fibres absorb exudate from the wound, turning them into a soft gel that maintains a moist wound management environment.

KerraLite Cool

Pro-ionic hydrogel contact layer and fluid-repellent, polyurethane film outer layer. Available in non-adhesive and adhesive options.

Kerramax Care

Comprises a soft, non-woven outer contact layers for comfort with a superabsorbent core to lock in exudate, bacteria and matrix metalloproteinases. The dressing also features a horizontal wicking layer and a heat-sealed border. Suitable for use under all forms of compression.

Kerramax Care Border Adhesive

Comprises a soft, non-woven outer contact layer with a superabsorbent core to lock in exudate, bacteria and matrix metalloproteinases. The dressing also features a horizontal wicking layer. It is secured with an outer foam layer that is coated with an acrylic adhesive border.

KomfiTilt Lateral Turning Device

The KomfiTilt system is a lateral tilting device designed to prevent and heal pressure ulcers in patients unable to reposition themselves. It gently tilts the patient laterally up to 22°, promoting continuous movement to redistribute weight, enhance blood and lymph flow, and improve tissue viability. Suitable for moderate to high-risk patients in both home care and professional healthcare settings.
